Orders placed before 1PM Central Time on Monday through Friday are processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $25 to addresses in the Continental US. Orders under $25 are charged $3.95 for shipping.
If your order is time sensitive we offer the following EXPEDITED shipping options:
3RD BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY - $12.95 - Delivery by the end of the day on the 3rd business day.
2nd BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY - $19.95 - Delivery by the end of the day on the 2nd business day.
NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY - $29.95 - Delivery by the end of the day on the Next business day.
WEEKEND DAYS & US HOLIDAYS DO NOT COUNT AS A BUSINESS DAY.

We may occasionally run out of an item shown on our website. You will be notified by e-mail if the item(s) you ordered is out of stock.
Orders under $99.00 are charged $19.95 for shipping.
Orders between $99.01 - $199.00 are charged $16.95 for shipping.
Orders over $199.00 receive free shipping.
Orders to Canada are shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail International (6 – 10 business days for delivery). Delivery time is not guaranteed.
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to duties and/or taxes. Please check with your local authorities about any duties and/or taxes prior to placing your order.
CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DUTIES AND/OR TAXES ON THE SHIPMENT.

We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase. If you wish to return any item(s) , send us an e-mail at email@example.com and provide us your order number and item(s) you wish to return. A return authorization will be e-mailed to you with instructions.
NO PACKAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED BY US WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE IN BRAND NEW RESALEABLE CONDITION OR WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD. RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING AS RETURNS:
Racquets that have been played with and/or plastic wrap removed from grip.
Custom strung racquets.
Footwear that has any indication of being used.
PLEASE TRY ON FOOTWEAR INDOORS ON A CLEAN SURFACE. FOOTWEAR THAT SHOWS ANY INDICATION OF BEING USED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.
String, grip or any accessory package that has been opened.
ANY ITEM(S) RETURNED THAT DO NOT MEET OUR RETURN POLICY WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU. RETURN SHIPPING CHARGE WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.
Any item(s) that are returned MUST be returned by a traceable shipping method. We cannot be responsible for any shipment lost in transit.
RACQUET WARRANTY ISSUES WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE WILL BE HANDLED BY SQUASH PRO SHOP, INC. RACQUET WARRANTY ISSUES AFTER 30 DAYS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE MANUFACTURER.
