SHIPPING POLICY
Orders placed before 1PM Central Time on Monday through Friday are processed and shipped on
the same business day. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on the next business day.
We offer free ground shipping for orders over $25 to addresses in the Continental US. Orders under $25 are charged $3.95 for shipping.
If your order is time sensitive we offer the following EXPEDITED shipping options:
3RD BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY - $8.95 - Delivery by the end of the day on the 3rd business day.
2nd BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY - $19.95 - Delivery by the end of the day on the 2nd business day.
NEXT BUSINESS DAY DELIVERY - $29.95 - Delivery by the end of the day on the Next business day.
WEEKEND DAYS & US HOLIDAYS DO NOT COUNT AS A BUSINESS DAY.
IF YOU HAVE AN URGENT SHIPPING REQUEST SUCH AS SATURDAY DELIVERY OR NEXT DAY AIR MORNING DELIVERY, PLEASE CALL US AT 1-847-869-8800 FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE.
EXCLUSIONS TO ABOVE SHIPPING RATES:
Orders to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates and APO/FPO´s.
Orders to International destinations.
Oversize and overweight orders such as cases of balls (24 or more cans or dozen).
Large quantity orders.
If your order meets any of the exclusions above, we will e-mail you with a shipping quote prior to processing your order.
Occasionally we may run out of an item shown on our website. You will be notified by e-mail if the item(s) you ordered is out of stock.
RETURN POLICY
At Squashproshop.com your complete
satisfaction is our goal.
We DO NOT have a restocking charge.
We offer a 30 day return policy from the
date of purchase. If you wish to return any item, send us an e-mail at cs@squashproshop.com and provide us your order number and item(s) you wish to return.A return authorization will be e-mailed to you with instructions.
NO PACKAGES WILL BE ACCEPTED BY US
WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION.
Any items returned to us MUST be in
brand new condition as follows:
The manufacturerÂ’s plastic
wrap on the racquet grip MUST be
intact.
Racquet face plate must not
be removed.
Racquets must not be played
with.
Shoes must not be worn on
court or out doors.Shoes that have any indication of being used will be returned to the customer.
Packages with string and
grips are not opened.
Any item(s) that are returned MUST be
returned by a traceable shipping method.
We cannot be responsible for any
shipment lost in transit.
